Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data B2Border collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the B2Border website and the Quick Order B2B Grid app for PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.

Last updated: 13 July 2026 Effective: 13 July 2026

Who we are

B2Border is operated by B2Border (the "data controller"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details in the Contact section.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the service:

  • Account and contact details. Name, email address, phone number and business address of the store owner or the person who contacts us.
  • Store data. When you install the app, it reads products, collections, inventory and draft orders from your store so the grid can work. We do not sell this data.
  • Device and activity data. Basic technical information such as browser type, device, approximate location (geolocation) and how the app and website are used.
  • Support communications. Messages, attachments and account details you send us when you ask for help.

How we use it

  • To provide the Quick Order B2B Grid app and keep it running on your store.
  • To respond to support requests and manage your account.
  • To improve performance, fix problems and develop new features.
  • To send service updates, and, only where you have opted in, occasional product news.

Under the GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, such as:

  • E-commerce platforms (PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) that host your store and the app.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our systems.
  • Analytics and email tools that help us understand usage and send service messages.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; records we must keep for tax and accounting are retained for the period required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In Slovakia the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. To exercise any right, contact us below.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to work correctly and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. The app itself uses only the cookies needed to run inside your store.

International transfers

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
